This is how the BALL brand came to be
BALL was founded in 1974 by Aldo Ciabatta in the city of Rimini, Italy. He had been designing and researching jeans for several years and therefore decided to create something big, which was his very own. With a fascination for American college life and a passion for colours, he created the BALL collection with inspiration from the American lifestyle - along with sports such as polo and baseball. For the first pair years, the collection consisted of jeans, polo shirts, t-shirts and shirts.
