2. Our Prices

All our prices shown on the website are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices.
If you order from a country outside the EU, VAT will be deducted automatically.

The price at the time of order is the applicable price.

3. Ordering

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Remember to check your spam folder, if you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us.
You will also receive a new email the same day as your order has been dispatched.
When you shop at Kids-world ApS, agreements are made in Danish.

If you want to see a copy of your order confirmation, you can find it under order history or you can send an email to customerservice@kids-world.com.

4. Payment

We offer several payment methods.
The most secure payment form - and the one we recommend to all our customers - is to pay with a payment card.

4.1 Online payment using credit card

When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount will not be deducted before your order has been dispatched.
It is paid through secure and encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.
When you use a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.
At any time, we can reduce the amount paid - e.g. if a product is sold out or may not be desired anyway. For security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.

4.2 Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card such as VISA, Mastercard and Visa Electron, the amount is reserved immediately.

The reserved purchase amount can be reserved on your card or account for the current month +30 days, even if the purchase is cancelled, or:

1. until we collect the amount when we dispatch the goods; or

2. until the amount is released as agreed with your card issuer.

It is not Kids-world ApS that has reserved the amount, but your bank that has reserved the amount from your account.

Whether the reservation can be cancelled depends on the terms of your payment card. The conditions may vary from bank to bank, but typically the bank requires proof from us that we have cancelled the purchase so in order they can also cancel the reservation.

Unfortunately, if the bank cannot cancel the reservation, there is no other choice but to wait for the natural cancellation according to the agreement made when the payment card was created.

You can find more information about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

5. Shipping Time

We have all shown items in stock and ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery time is 1-3 working days.
We will always send orders in incoming order, so in periods with sale, birthday sale or similar, a slightly longer delivery time may occur.

6. Shipping Costs

We offer affordable shipping to all countries. The shipping cost will vary depending on your selected country. Find valid shipping costs here: Shipping and delivery.

All orders are shipped with DHL where possible. We assume no liability for any lost orders.

7. Return/Cancellation

There is a 30 days right of cancellation on all items from the day of receipt when you shop with us as a consumer. You must send the returned goods within 14 days of you informing us of the cancellation via email: customerservice@kids-world.com.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

NOTE: Please pack the items securely when returning and DO NOT place return labels directly on the original packaging.
In case of a simple return/exchange of an item, the return charge will accrue to you. In return, we pay for the newly exchanged item to be shipped to you again.

You bear the risk of the item from the delivery of the items, and upon return it is your responsibility to pack the item securely.

You must, within 30 days after receiving the items, inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You must send the returned goods within 14 days of you informing us of the cancellation via email: customerservice@kids-world.com.

In your notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

When returning one/several items, remember to fill in and enclose the delivery note that came with your order, as it is your return form. If you need a new return form, you can print our standard cancellation form, which can be found and printed here. Read more about the return process at here.

When you regret a purchase, you will be refunded, so that you immediately can make a new purchase of the wanted items:

  • You have to pay any shipping cost related to your return.
  • Avoid waiting time! We will ship your new order within 1-3 business days.

If you refuse to receive the items without giving us a clear notice of it, is not a legitimate way to cancel your order.

7.1 Cancellation of a part of the purchase

When you have purchased several items from us, you can return one or more items, even though they are purchased in the same order.

If you have obtained a quantity discount and then regret part of the purchase and no longer meet the condition of obtaining the quantity discount, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

7.2 Return

Once you have notified us at customerservice@kids-world.com that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send back the items to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible for any damage on the package during transport.

7.3 The item condition when returning it

You are only liable for any degradation of the value of the item that is caused by any handling other than to establish the type, properties and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond what has been described above, we consider it as "used", which means that, in case of cancellation of the purchase, you can only receive an amount or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchant's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount in return, you only have to do the same with the items as you can in a physical store. You can try the item on, but do not take it in actual use.

7.4 Reimbursement of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is of less value than when you bought it, we will deduct the amount which you are liable for.

No later than 14 days from the day we receive a notification at customerservice@kids-world.com that you want to undo the agreement, we refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen another form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer).

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

  • We do not receive packages sent per COD (Cash On Delivery).
  • We are unable to pick up shipments sent without distribution.

8. Warranty

A 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchasing Act's rules for purchases of goods. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Any damage caused by the customer is not covered by the complaint. Complaint concerning errors and omissions must be notified Kids-world ApS in reasonable time after you discover the error. Here, two months are considered reasonable.

We refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified. Contact us at customerservice@kids-world.com before returning goods in order for us to correct the problem. If we want a defective item returned, we will send you a return label by email.

10. Image Policy

Kids-world ApS has the copyright and intellectual property rights to all images used on this web site, and only Kids-world ApS has the rights to use them. We allow usage of any images on this website on blogs and similar websites. If you choose to use images from Kids-world ApS, you must insert a clickable link to this website. However, images are not allowed to be used for other types of sales or marketing of second hand products.

11. Customer Information/Data Policy

We do not resell personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time. In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at Kids-world ApS, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address

We register and disclosure your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. The personal data are registered at Kids-world ApS and are stored for up to five years after which the information is deleted.

The Director and the staff at Kids-world ApS have access to the information that is registered about you.

We collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process information solely on our behalf and must not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection to your information.

As registered at Kids-world ApS you always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to know, which information we have about you. If you think that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data on your request. E.g. if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you think that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can always contact us regarding this information at customerservice@kids-world.com.

12. Cookies

On Kids-world ApS cookies are used to optimize the site and its functionality, making the visit as easy as possible for you.

13. Log Statistics

We use log statistics on Kids-world ApS, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical view of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the site they have left, etc.

Log statistics are only used for optimizing Kids-world ApS.

14. Right of appeal

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact customer service via email customerservice@kids-world.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to:

To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least 1.110 DKK and a maximum of 100.000 DKK. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
