I Have Received an Item of Wrong Size or Color, or Something Is Missing?

If the item you received is not what you ordered, we take full responsibility and will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you. Please send us an email detailing the discrepancy with your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping bag for returning the incorrect item.

Before sending back the goods, please contact us at customerservice@kids-world.com so that we can promptly resolve the issue.

I Have Not Received My Goods?

The majority of our shipments are delivered successfully. If yours hasn't arrived, you can track it using the Track & Trace number provided by the freight supplier.

You can find this number in your order history on our website. Log in with your email and password to access your personal order history. From there, you can click on the link for the Track & Trace number and check its current status. If your shipment is not at your delivery address, it is most likely on its way back to us. Therefore, please check that the correct address was entered and that your mailbox name is listed. If there seems to be an issue, contact us at customerservice@kids-world.com so we can help resolve it.

I Want to Buy a Product, but I Cannot Find the Size I Want?

If a size is not displayed on a product, the size is currently sold out. A large part of our basic goods are always in stock at our warehouse, so please feel free to contact us by mail: customerservice@kids-world.com if you have a question on a sold out product.

I Have Regretted My Purchase?

We offer a 30-day cancellation period if the item is returned in its original condition. Send back the item - more information can be found here. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned items.

An Item I Bought Is Broken?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please take photos of the entire product and the issue at hand and email them to customerservice@kids-world.com along with a description and your order ID. This will allow us to assess the problem and provide further instructions via email.If necessary, we will cover reasonable shipping costs for returning the item as well.
