Nice Cybex car seat in dark grey with orange details in the Sirona Gi i-Size model. The cover on this model is extra durable, while also feeling soft against the skin. There is ventilating padding and inserts of breathable mesh on the sitting areas, which cools so that the kid does not sweat easily.
The Cybex baby car seat is intended for infants and toddlers. The car seat is mounted with ISOFIX, and the kid is fastened with the car seat's 3-point harness. On the side of the car seat there are straps to hook the harness buckles with, so that they are out of the way when you have to fasten the kid.
By purchasing an additional baby insert, the car seat can be used by newborns.
The car seat has a practical swivel function, where it can be rotated 360°, so it is easy to get the kid in and out of it. The Kid can also sit both rear-facing and forward-facing when it is big enough for it. In addition, the car seat has a rest function, so that it can slide down in 5 steps into a more reclining position. The backrest can be adjusted so that the chair grows with the kid.
The shell of the car seat is made of a shock-absorbing material, which directs the force of a collision away from the kid. In the sides, there is LSP (Linear Side Collision Protection), which can be folded out on the side towards the car door, and it can absorb up to 25% of the force in a side collision.
