  • Credit services

    Here you can shop immediately and get your order delivered quickly, but postpone the payment until the child benefit is paid.
    The only thing you have to do is to choose the credit service you want on the checkout page.
    Here you have the possibility to postpone the payment up until 4 months.

    NOTE! This credit service is only available when using a valid Dankort or Visa/Dankort.

    Notice that if you pay your order with a MasterCard, Visa Electron, or another payment card that is not Danish, TELLER will immediately make a reservation on your card. This means, that the credit service is not possible on these types of cards. .
  • Our prices

    All our prices shown on the website are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices.
    If you order from a country outside the EU, VAT will be deducted automatically.

    The price at the time of order is the applicable price.
    Kids-world makes reservations to printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as out-of-stock items and delivery failures from our suppliers.
  • Ordering

    Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Remember to check your spam folder, if you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us.
    You will also receive a new email the same day as your order has been dispatched.
    When you shop at Kids-world, agreements are made in Danish.

  • Payment

    We offer several payment methods.
    The most secure payment form – and the one we recommend to all our customers – is to pay with a payment card. We receive the following payment types:

    • eDankort

    • MobilePay
    • Prepay/bank transfer

    Prepayment is made by payment to our bank account: sort code: 4394 account no. 12542119 (Danske Bank).
    Remember to add your order ID to the payment transfer as this will expedite the shipping of your order.
    (Notice! Payment made by bank transfer is not covered when raising a card dispute).
  • Online payment using credit card

    When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount will not be deducted before your order has been dispatched.
    It is paid through secure and encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.
    When you use a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.
    At any time, we can reduce the amount paid - e.g. if a product is sold out or may not be desired anyway. For security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.
  • Shipping time

    We have all shown items in stock and ship your order within 1-3 business days.
    We will always send orders in incoming order, so in periods with sale, birthday sale or similar, a slightly longer delivery time may occur.
    Delayed delivery times can occur due to complications with our suppliers.
  • Shipping costs

    We offer free shipping on ALL shipments to be delivered to an address in Denmark – regardless of the size of the order!
    To Norway, Sweden, Germany, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Iceland, the shipping costs 75 DKK
    For all other countries, the shipping costs 150 DKK.

    On Danish orders you can buy a cheap return label for 29.95 DKK.
    This allows you to easily return items. Distribution to our address, package insurance and track and trace is included in the label. Find the return label here.

    Customers outside Denmark: All orders are shipped with DHL where possible. We assume no liability for any lost orders.
  • Return/cancellation

    There is a 30 days cancellation period on all goods from the day you receive the items, if they are in the same condition as when you received the items, ie. the items must not have been washed, put on a name tag or the like.

    NOTE! Please pack the items securely when returning and DO NOT place return labels directly on the original packaging.
    In case of a simple return/exchange of an item, the return charge will accrue to you. In return, we pay for the newly exchanged item to be shipped to you again.

    You bear the risk of the item from the delivery of the goods, and upon return it is your responsibility to pack the item securely.

    On Danish orders, there is the possibility of buying a cheap return label for 29.95 DKK.
    This allows you to easily return items. Distribution to our address, package insurance and track and trace is included in the label. Find the return label here.
    You must, within 30 days after receiving the items, inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be given by email, telephone or the like. In your notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. When returning an item, you can also choose to enclose our standard return slip. It is sent with your order, and you can also find it here.

    When you regret a purchase, you will be refunded, so that you immediately can make a new purchase of the wanted items:

    • This does not cost extra for the shipping, as we offer free shipping on all Danish orders.
    • Avoid waiting time! We will ship your new order within 1-3 business days.

    If you refuse to receive the items without giving us a clear notice of it, is not a legitimate way to cancel your order.

    Item status when returning it:
    You are only liable for any degradation of the value of the item that is caused by any handling other than to establish the type, properties and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
    If the product has been tested beyond what has been described above, we consider it as "used", which means that, in case of cancellation of the purchase, you can only receive a small amount or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
    We consider used goods to be without commercial value if it has been tried more than what is possible in a physical store, the deterioration will therefore be assessed at 99.99%

    In order to receive the entire purchase amount in return, you only have to do the same with the goods as you can in a physical store. You can try the item on, but do not take it in actual use.

  • Return/warranty

    A 24-month right of complaint is granted under the Purchasing Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Any damage caused by the customer is not covered by the complaint. Complaint concerning errors and omissions must be notified Kids-world in a timely manner after receipt of the items. Here, two months are considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed.
    We refund reasonable shipping costs. Contact us at before returning goods in order for us to correct the problem. If we want a defective item returned, we will send you a return label by email.
