How to Make Sure You Receive Our Newsletter in Your Inbox
if you want to make sure that you receive emails from us, please follow the instructions below.
How to do it:
- Find the mail client/app you use (mail app on Apple devices, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).
- Select the device you use (cell phone, computer/desktop or mail client/app on a computer).
- Please follow all steps in this guide. If you experience problems, please contact us via customerservice@kids-world.com.

- Add customerservice@kids-world.com to your contact list using this link.
- Click Create contact or click on this icon
. - Add name and customerservice@kids-world.com → Click "Save".
If our email does not reside in your "inbox" folder, you should do the following:
- Open an email from us (please also look in your spam folder).
- Click on the three dots
. - Click on "Not spam" or "Move to inbox".

Gmail in web browser on your computer
- Find an email from us. If it resides in "Social network" or "Promotions", you must first right-click on the email → Move your mouse over "Move to tap" → click on "Primary".
- Now open the email from us.
- Click on the three dots
. - In the small windows please click on "Add Kids-world to you contacts' list".
- You can also add Kids-world to you list of contacts here. Click on "Create contact" → Type in name and email → Click "Save".

Outlook app on your cell phone
- Open an email from us in your inbox (or e.g. your spam folder).
- Click on the three dots
. - In the window please click"Move to inbox".
Log into Outlook using a computer as the next steps cannot be conducted on a cell phone.
- Click on the three dots
. - In the small windows click on "Add to trusted senders".
- In the same small window now click on "Create rule".
- Select "Inbox" → click on "OK", this way emails from us will be sent to your primary inbox.

- Click on the contact icon
(is often placed in the upper right corner). - Click on "New contact".
