    We also offer an easy return process with our return label. It costs 29.95 DKK.
    Then you can return goods via PostNord or GLS.
    The label contains distribution to our address, track and trace and package insurance.

    You always have a 30 days cancellation period on all items from the day you receive the items, if they are in the same condition as when you receive it. That is, the goods must not have been washed, put on a name tag or the like.
    If you want to exchange an item to another one, you have to return it to us. If you want, you can buy our return label for 29.95 DKK.
    When your returned items have been received and handled, you will be credited, and immediately you can place an order on the product, you want instead.
    Of cause you do not have to pay a fee for the new item, as we always offer free shipping on all Danish orders.

    This procedure always applies when you want to exchange a product with another one – even when you want the same product just in another size.

    - We do not receive packages sent per COD (Cash On Delivery).
    - We are unable to pick up shipments sent without distribution.
    Please pack the item securely when returning and DO NOT place return labels directly on the original packaging.
  • Complaint

    A 24-month legal warrenty is granted under the Danish Sales and Goods Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or rebates, depending on the specific situation.
    Damage to the product as a result of wrong handling by the customer is not covered by the complaint. Complaint concerning lacks and errors is to be notified to Kids-world in a timely manner after receiving of the items.
    Here, two months are considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed.
    We refund reasonable shipping costs concerning complaints.

    As a start, send us an email with a description of the problem/error and attach at least 2 pictures. One of the error and one of the whole product. Then we can assess the problem as well as the general condition of the product.

    If your claim is warranted, we will of course cover your reasonable shipping costs. Please contact us at before returning in order for us to correct the problem.
    If we want a defective item returned, we will email a return label to you.

    We will send an email when you complain.
    If you have submitted an item for withdrawal or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. The email will give you information about the further process of processing your withdrawal/complaint.
