Practical pram rain cover with windows
For the car seat we have a pram rain cover which is made from translucent plastic with black seams and it is 100% PVC-free. On the front of the pram rain cover there is a ‘window’ which can be opened and closed with velcro.
This allows easy access for you if you need to reach your baby and it also provides better air circulation under the pram rain cover. There is also an opening at the open of the pram rain cover so that you can carry the car seat easily and comfortably.
At the bottom of the pram rain cover there is an elastic edge so that it is easy to use for the car seat. The pram rain cover protects your baby against rain and wind and it will keep your baby warm and dry.
Protect against rain with a pram rain cover
The purpose of a rain cover is to protect the kid from precipitation and keep the kid and the stroller dry. The pram rain cover must protect the entire stroller and reach all the way to the underside of the stroller (a few centimeters below the storage space below).
The better the stroller is protected from any bad weather the longer will the stroller look like new.
The technical details for rain covers
For the technical details of the rain cover there are two things which you need to pay attention to. The first thing is the water piller pressure and the second thing is the breathability. Most rain covers have a water piller pressure of about 8,000mm and a breathability of about 5,000mm.
The water piller pressure tells you how much water will be repellent from the rain cover so the higher the number is the better the materials is. The breathability of the material is also important since it can not be too hot or too humid in the stroller for a baby or a toddler while they sleep.
Another important factor in the rain cover is the PU fabric. The weakest spots in any fabric are the seams and there is no difference for a rain cover. In order to counteract this the rain cover uses PU fabric for the seams. The seams are taped and this makes the rain cover last longer.
It is also great to know that the rain cover which you are considering for your stroller and car seat are free from PVC and phthalates.
Some of the pram rain covers also have a practical bag which can be attached to the stroller by velcro straps. This allows the rain cover to be close during your walks and if the rain is coming in by surprise.
Pram rain cover with beautiful patterns and great materials
We offer pram rain covers with both prints and patterns and without. We have some solid colored rain covers in colors such as grey, gold, petroleum, and translucent.
We offer many different designs in all different colors. We have some rain covers which have a floral design so help uplift your mood when you are outside with the stroller during the rain.
The pram rain covers also have elastic edges which can be tightened so that the rain covers fits well on most of the strollers. In addition the rain covers also have reflective stripes on the sides and in the back so that the stroller is easier to see for the traffic when it is dark outside.
Pram rain cover with mosquito net
Several of our pram rain covers have a built in mosquito net. There are also some that have a practical zipper along one side of the cover so that it is easier to reach into the stroller.
The zipper is protected by a flap which prevents rain and cold wind from penetrating the zipper. We also offer pram rain covers in beautiful designs with gold colored edges that fit most strollers.
Most rain covers have a good elastic edge which makes sure that the pram rain cover ends where it should and that it is not so big that it is being dragged on the ground. Around the opening there is a practical window which can be closed and fastened with buttons if it is windy.
