Nice Maxi-Cosi car seat in plain dark grey in the model Pearl 360.
The Maxi-Cosi car seat can be used by both infants and slightly older kids, and is therefore almost 2 chairs in one. When mounted on the FamilyFix 360 base, the car seat can be rotated and this can be done with just one hand. The base must be purchased separately. From the kid is 15 months or 76 cm, the kid can sit forward-facing. However, it is recommended that the kid sits in a rear-facing car seat for as long as possible.
The Kid is fastened with a 5-point harness with padded shoulder straps. The shoulder straps even fall to the side when the seat belts are not fastened, so it is easy to get the kid in and out of the car seat. By purchasing an additional baby insert, the car seat can be used by newborns, and otherwise it is suitable for kids up to 4 mths.
With a button on the back, you can easily adjust the height of the back, the straps and the headrest in 5 positions. The car seat can be tilted into a resting position with 4 settings in both forward-facing and rear-facing positions, so that the kid sits slightly back, but still nice and safe.
The shell of the car seat is made of shock-absorbing flamingo, so that the energy in the event of a collision is minimized and the kid is well protected. For extra protection, G-CELL Side Impact Technology is built into the sides, which reduces the force of a side collision.
The shell has a ClimaFlow system with ventilation channels, breathable foam and breathable textile, so that the kid's temperature is regulated and the car seat does not feel too hot to sit in.
The cover on the chair can be removed and washed in the machine.
The car seat is i-Size regulated, which means that it meets the latest and strictest safety requirements.
