Description

Note that you only need to use this return label if you are a customer of ours and want to return a Kids-world order.

Important: If you are returning from Germany, processing the return can take 1-3 weeks. This is because the return is sent to the DHL distribution center in Neumünster and from there on to us in Denmark. If your shipment tracking shows that the shipment has arrived in Neumünster, it may still take 1-3 weeks until we have received and processed your return.

You simply send your goods back to Kids-world cheaply and insured with Track & Trace, so you can track your return at any time.

You have two options to order/receive a return label:

1. Purchase a return label when ordering

If you order a return label together with others goods, we will include a physical label with the shipment. This can simply be stuck on the package when returning and handed in at a DHL reception point, then it will reach us in the shortest possible time.

2. Order a single return label

If you buy a single return label, you will receive it via e-mail as a PDF within 5-10 minutes. You can now print it out yourself at home, stick it on the package and then hand the return over to a DHL collection point.

NOTE: When returning a product, we always recommend that you issue a receipt.

Generel Terms and Conditions:

The return label can only be used for one return.
The return label does not apply to the return of furniture, as these are palletized goods. The 1kg weight on the return label is not valid and we ask that you simply refrain from doing so.
If you buy a return label, it is not tied to a specific order. For example, you can keep the return label for a later return, or you can use it to return several orders at the same time - it's really easy and hassle-free!
Please pack the items properly when returning them and DO NOT set the return label directly to the original packaging.
