The History of Konfidence
It all started in the summer of 1996 when Andy and Caroline Regan took their five kids on a holiday to Cornwall. The two oldest kids were good at swimming but the three youngest could not swim.
During the holidays, they often dragged on heavy and unwieldy equipment for the younger kids. They came up with the idea of making a neoprene wetsuit as well as comfortable swimming vest for kids that would make it easier for them to learn to swim.
The first product from Konfidence was launched in 1998 and it still helps thousands of kids every year to learn to swim. The Swimwear Vest from Konfidence is the best-selling swimming vest for kids aged 1 and 7 years, in Europe.
Konfidence is a British family business that has three generations working together. They have the same principles as when they were founded 20 years ago. They create wonderful products and they always listen to customer feedback when they develop the products.
