Christmas gifts can be returned until January 20th, 2025

Christmas presents

You can order this year's Christmas presents without having to think about whether it is too early in regards to the return deadline. You can't always get it right with the Christmas present. The size, colour or model might not be right, or you've received the same present twice and need to return one of them.

You do not need to note that it is a Christmas present, as all orders placed from 11 October - 24 December 2024 can be returned without problems, if the item is 100% in order, has not been used and the tags are still on/are in the original packaging.

We have extended our return deadline to 20 January 2025, so there is plenty of time to return a gift and get your money back. If you want another product, you just have to place an order for it, and we will send it as soon as possible.

 

As a consumer, you have a 30 days right of cancellation once you receive the items from us.

Please note that you can only register returns through the return portal.

If you have more than one return parcel, you have to repeat Step 1 - 6 in the return portal and create one label per parcel.

How to register and return items:

Step 1: Go to the return portal

Step 2: Input your Order- or ticket number, and your E-mail and click on "Find order"

Step 3: Select the items you want to return and the reason for returning them and click on "Continue"

Step 4: Select how you wish to get your refund and click on "Confirm". The return costs will be deducted from the amount you get refunded. The estimated amount you will be refunded can be seen at the bottom

Step 5: After completing the return portal, a return label will be sent electronically to the email address used when placing your order. Download your return label, print it, and attach it to your parcel*

Step 6: Hand in your package to your local distribution center, as shown on the return label. Do not forget to get a receipt. When you submit the return shipment to the distributor, you will receive a return receipt, which you must keep until you have received your refund


Please reuse our original packaging or pack the items in a new bag/box. All items must be returned in mint condition and original package. Stickers and tags must remain on the products. The products must not show signs of usage, be stained or smell incorrectly. DO NOT attach either the return label or the delivery note/return note directly to the original packaging of the product (the shoebox, the cardboard box belonging to the product, the plastic the product was wrapped in, etc.)

Note: You can't combine products from different orders in one return shipment.

 

Get your money back
Once we have processed your return, you will receive a notification per email stating we have received your returned goods and handled your request to return.

  • As you are held responsible for the return shipment, we recommend that you get a receipt when handing it in.

Do you wish to exchange an item to another one?

If you want to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired item, while returning the original item to us. By doing so you’ll be assured that the new item is not sold out, before your return package has arrived at our location.

The money for your returned item will be returned to your chosen payment method within a few workdays.

Do you want to return a gift?

In case that you have received a gift purchased from us that you wish to return, simply follow our normal return process by using our return portal.

Complaint

A 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchasing Act's rules for purchases of goods. This allows for the possibility of getting the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or at a reduced price, depending on the circumstances. Any damage caused by the buyer will not be considered as part of the complaint process.

Complaint concerning errors and omissions must be notified Kids-world in a timely manner after you discover the error. Here, two months are considered reasonable.

We refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified.

How do I proceed?
Before taking any further steps, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue or error. It is crucial that you do not send the item to us until we have reviewed your case. Make sure to include two photos in your email - one clearly showing the specific problem and another displaying the overall condition of the product. This will enable our customer service team to properly assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.

We will send an email when you complain.

If you have submitted an item for withdrawal or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. The email will give you information about the further process of processing your withdrawal/complaint.
