Danish Mette Neerup Mariager became a mother for the first time in 2013. Mette wanted to create a unique bedroom for her daughter but couldn't find the right products on the market that suited her taste and style. Therefore, she decided to make her own products.
She started with small decorations with hooks in the design of a rabbit, in wood. When she shared this on Instagram, the demand was so great that she decided to create more products.
Her daughter was the inspiration behind the first products. The company is also named after her daughter. For a while she said ''det mit'' about everything, which translates to ?that's mine?. The name was simply meant to be That's Mine.
That's Mine was founded in 2015 and offers many fine quality products for kids and bedrooms. The quality of That's Mine is especially important and the products must appeal to both kids and adults. In addition, there is extra focus on sustainability and functionality. This is so that kids can play with things for a long period without problems.
