Easy and cheap return with GLS!
Send your return goods cheaply and insured back to Kids-world with Track & Trace all the way, so you can always track your return shipment.
There are two ways you can order/receive your return label :
- Order a return label with your order
- When you order the return label together with others goods, we attach a physical sticker that you simply stick on your wrapped shipment, and then you hand over the shipment at one of the GLS drop-off locations. Then it's on its way to us.

- Order return label as the only one
- When you order the return label as the only one, the return label is sent as a PDF to your email within 5-10 minutes. Make sure there are no comments on your order. You then print it yourself at home, attach it to your pack and hand it in at one of the GLS drop-off points.
When you buy a return label, it is not linked to one order. You can easily save your return label for later use or send several orders back on the same label - super easy and hassle-free!
We recommend that you always ensure that you get a receipt when submitting.
ATTENTION! Please pack the goods securely when you return, and you must NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging.
General terms and conditions:
- The return label can only be used for one shipment.
- The return label is valid for 3 months.
- The return label does not apply to the return of furniture, as this is palletized goods.
- This return service only applies to orders that are sent back within Denmark's borders (ie does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
- Please disregard the weight limit of 1 kg on the label. This is not applicable.
