Send your return goods cheaply and insured back to Kids-world with Track & Trace all the way, so you can always track your return shipment.
The return code from DAO for returning goods is sent to you per email within 5-10 minutes after your order has been packed. If your order only contains the return code, this will be sent per email immediately after you have purchased it.
A return code from DAO is ideal if you do not have the opportunity to print a return label yourself.
How to use the return code from DAO
When you want to make use of your DAO return code, you must ensure that you pack the item(s) and the delivery note securely in either cardboard or paper, otherwise there is a risk that the code will be smeared along the way. The nine-digit return code is written in a visible place on the package so that DAO can identify the shipment upon receipt.
You then bring and hand in your return shipment to a DAO drop-off point.
Returned goods from several different orders
When you buy a return code for returning goods from Kids-world, it is not linked to one order. You can easily save your return code for later use or send several orders back on the same return code - super easy and hassle-free!
We recommend that you always ensure that you get a receipt when submitting.
ATTENTION! Please pack the goods securely in cardboard or paper, so that you have the option when you return, and you must NOT put the return label directly on the original packaging.
General conditions for our return with return codes:
- The return code can only be used for one shipment.
- The return code is valid for 3 months.
- The return code does not apply to the return of furniture, as this is palletized goods.
- This return service only applies to orders that are sent back within Denmark's borders (ie does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
