We welcome your interest in our online store. The protection of privacy is very important to us. In this statement is all the detail about the processing of your data.

1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING

You can visit our website without disclosing your personal information. During each visit to a website, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which i.a. includes a desired file name, your IP address, date and time of the visit, the amount of data transferred, the requested ISP (access data) and access control. The access data is evaluated only for the purpose of securing our legitimate interests with regard to a smooth operation of the website and to optimize our adverts. This is done in order to be able to evaluate and offer the best and most important adverts for the correct presentation in accordance with art. 6, 1 (f) of the GDPR. All access information will be deleted within seven days of the visit to the webpage.

HOSTING

Hosting services and the presentation of the website are provided in part by our service providers and as a partly processing of data on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated in this privacy statement, all access data and the data collected through the forms on this site will be processed on these servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis for our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy statement.

2. DATA PROCESSING FOR FULFILLMENT OF CONTRACT, INQUIRIES AND CREATION OF CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

We process your personal information when you voluntarily notify us as part of your order, when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form or email) or when you create a customer account. Mandatory fields will be marked as such, as in these cases we need the information in order to fulfill the contract or in order to process your inquiry or create a customer account. You will not be able to complete an order and/or create a customer account or even send an inquiry without specifying these. Which data we collect is stated in the relevant forms.

The data which you provide is needed in order to perform the contract and process your inquiries in accordance with art. 6, 1 (b) of the GDPR. Additional information about data processing, in regards to transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this data protection statement. When the contract is fully executed or after the customer account has been terminated, your information is limited for further processing and deleted after the tax and commercial storage periods expired according to art. 6, 1 (c) of the GDPR unless you have expressly agreed to the further use of your information in accordance with art. 6, 1 (a) of the GDPR, or we reserve the right to further use this data within the legal framework and which we inform you through this statement. You can cancel your customer account at any time and can be completed either by contacting us by leaving a message for the contact option described below or via a dedicated function in the customer account.

3. DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHIPPING

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with art. 6, 1 (b) of the GDPR, we transfer your data to the carrier which is responsible for the delivery, which is necessary for deliveries of the ordered goods

DATA TRANSFER TO CARRIER FOR THE PURPOSE OF DELIVERY NOTIFICATION

If you during or after your order process have given us your express consent to this, we will forward your consent and in accordance with art. 6, 1 (a) of the GDPR, your email address and telephone number of the designated carrier so that they can leave a delivery message resp. contact you in regards to the delivery. 

The consent can be revoked at any time by giving us a notice through the described contact option stated in this data protection declaration or by informing the carrier using the information listed below. We delete the data after completed delivery, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your information, or we reserve the right to further use this data within the legal framework and which we inform you through this statement.

4. DATA PROCESSING FOR PAYMENT SERVICE

When we process payments in our online store, it is done in collaboration with these partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.

4.1 DATA PROCESSING FOR TRANSACTION SERVICE

We transfer the necessary data depending on the chosen payment method. This is done during the transaction with our technical payment service providers who cooperate with us. A transaction also takes place during the order process and through the selected credit institutions or to the selected payment service provider. The purpose of transfer is to fulfill the contract in accordance with art 6, 1 (b) of the GDPR. In some cases, payment service providers collect the necessary data in order to process the payment themselves, e.g. via their own website or through a technical integration in the ordering process itself. In such cases, the data protection declaration applies to the payment service in question.

4.2 DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREVENT FRAUD AND OPTIMIZE OUR PAYMENT PROCESSES

If necessary, we will pass on additional data to our service providers that can be used to process a payment with our partners or to prevent fraud and optimize our payment processes (e.g. invoicing, processing disputed payments, accounting support). The purpose is to fulfill the contract in accordance with art 6, 1 (f) of the GDPR and to protect and ensure our legitimate interests with regard to fraud and efficient payment administration

5. ADDRESSED ADVERTISING LETTERS 

5.1 EMAIL NEWSLETTER WITH REGISTRATION 

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use the necessary data or the information submitted by you separately in order to regularly send you our email newsletter, which is based on your consent in accordance with art. 6, 1 (a) of the GDPR. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time and it can either be done by contacting us using the contact option described below or via a link in the newsletter itself. After you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will delete your email address from the recipient list, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your information in accordance with art. 6, 1 (a) of the GDPR, or we reserve the right to further use this data within the legal framework and which we inform you through this statement.

5.2 SENDING NEWSLETTERS

The newsletter is delivered on our behalf via a service provider to whom we transfer your data. If you have any questions about our service providers and our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this data privacy statement.

Our service provider is located in the following countries: USA. For this country, there are no decisions on the adequacy of the European Commission. Our cooperation is based on these guarantees: the European Commission's standard data protection rules.

6. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

GENERAL INFORMATION

In order to make our website appealing and to enable the use of certain functions, we use technologies including so-called cookies on the various pages. 7.1 USE OF GOOGLE SERVICES

We use the following technologies from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The information is automatically collected by Google's technologies about your visit to our website and it is usually transferred to a server hosted Google. The information is handled by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, United States and stored there. There is no agreement or studies of adequacy from the European Commission for the country USA. Our cooperation is based on these guarantees: the European Commission's standard decision about data protection. If your IP address is collected using Google's technologies, it is abbreviated by enabling IP anonymisation before it is saved and stored on Google's servers. Only in exceptional cases can the entire IP address be transmitted directly to a Google server in the United States and abbreviated there. Unless otherwise stated for the individual technologies, the data processing takes place on a contractual basis for each technology and between responsible parties in accordance with art. 26 of the GDPR. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device information and browser information as well as other information about your use of our website) and creates usage profiles using pseudonyms. Cookies are used for this purpose. Your IP address is usually not combined with any other data provided by Google. Data management performed due to order processing agreement through Google.

In order to optimize the marketing of our website, we have enabled the data sharing settings for "Google products and services". Google can therefore access the collected data and process it for analysis and then use it to optimize Google services. Data sharing with Google and the specific actual data sharing settings is carried out according to an additional agreement between the parties. We have no influence over the subsequent data management of Google.

GOOGLE ADS

For various advertising purposes within Google search results and for third party websites, the so-called Google remarketing cookie is used when you visit our website. They automatically collect and process data (IP address, time of visit, device information and browser information and other information in regards to your visit to our website) using a pseudonym CookieID and enables interest-based advertising based on the pages you have visited. Any additional data processing will only take place if you have enabled the "Ad Customization" option within your Google Account. If you are logged in to Google while visiting our site, then Google uses your data combined with Google Analytics data to create and define specific audience lists and perform specific marketing across the devices.

GOOGLE MAPS

When it comes to the visual presentation of geographic information, Google Maps collects data about your visit of the Maps features, particular data such as IP address and location, and forwards them to Google, where they are processed. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.

GOOGLE RECAPTCHA

In order to protect our web forms from misuse and spam through automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects data (IP address, time of visit, device information and browser information as well as other information about your use of our site) and uses a so-called JavaScript and cookies to analyze your use of our site. In addition, other cookies stored by the various Google services in your browser may also be analyzed. Verification or storage of personal data from the editable fields in respective form does not happen. 

GOOGLE FONTS

In order to create a more coherent presentation of the content on our website, data is collected (IP address, time of visit, device information and browser information is) by the script code "Google Fonts" and transferred to Google, where it is processed. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.

7.2 USE OF MICROSOFT SERVICES FOR WEB ANALYSIS AND ADVERTISING PURPOSES

We use the following technologies from Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland ("Microsoft"). The data processing is done following an agreement between the parties in accordance with art. 26 of the GDPR. The information automatically collected by Microsoft technologies about your visit to our website is usually transferred to a Microsoft Corporation server, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, United States and stored there. There is no decision on adequacy from the European Commission for the country USA. Our cooperation is based on the European Commission's standard decision about data protection. For the site analytics and activity tracking, we use Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) to analyze your usage if you find our website through an ad connected to Microsoft Advertising. For the purpose of this analysis, cookies may be used and data (IP address, time of visit, device information and browser information as well as other information about your visit to our website based on the activities specified by us, such as visits to a website or subscription of newsletter), where pseudonyms are created in order to created and use the usage profile. If your Internet-connected devices are linked to your Microsoft account and you have not enabled the "Interest-based advertising" option in your Microsoft account, then Microsoft may even generate reports of your usage behavior (especially analytics across all devices), if you use different devices, "Cross-device tracking". For this connection, we do not process the personal data and we will only receive statistics based on Microsoft UET.

BING MAPS

For the visual presentation of geographic information, Bing Maps collects data about your visit using the Maps features, particular data such as IP address and location, and forwards them to Microsoft, where they are processed. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.

7.3 USE OF META SERVICES

USE OF META PIXEL

We use Meta Pixel within the framework of the following technologies Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta"). From the use of Meta pixels, data (IP address, time of visit, device information and browser information as well as other information about your visit to our website is collected and stored based on the activities specified by us, such as visits to website or subscription of newsletter), where pseudonyms are created in order to created and use the usage profile. This connection creates a cookie by Meta Pixel which is automatically placed when you visit our website. This will automatically allow your browser to be recognized when you visit other websites and use a pseudonymous Cookie ID. Meta combines this information with other data from your Facebook account, and will compile reports of the site activities to the site operator, providing other services related to the use of the site and Internet.

The data is automatically collected by Meta technologies about your visit to our website and are usually transmitted to a server hosted by Meta. The information is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, United States and stored there. META ANALYTICS

In connection with and as part of Meta Analytics, statistics about your visit to our website are created using Meta Pixel and based on the data collected from our website. The data process is performed according to an agreement for order processing through Meta. The analysis is used for the optimal presentation and marketing of our website.

META ADS

We use Meta Ads to advertise this site on Facebook and other platforms. We use parameters for the specific advertising campaign. Meta is responsible for the implementation, particular decisions for placement of the individual ads for individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, the data processing takes place on the contractual agreement entered for respective technology and between responsible parties in accordance with art. 26 of the GDPR. The agreement limits the data collection and transfer to Meta. Any subsequent data processing by Meta is not covered by this agreement.

Based on the statistics for website activities on our website, created via Meta Pixel, we operate a group-based advertising on Facebook and via Meta Custom Audience to determine certain characteristics for the respective target group

In connection with the placed pseudonymous cookie ID set by Meta Pixel and the data collected about your usage behavior on our website, we conduct a more personalized advertising customization through Meta Pixel Remarketing.

Using Meta Pixel Conversions and combined with site analysis and activity tracking, we measure your subsequent usage activities once you have reached our site via an ad through Meta Ads. The data is processed based on an agreement on order processing through Meta.

7.4 OTHER WEB ANALYSIS AND ONLINE MARKETING SERVICES PROVIDERS

8. SOCIAL MEDIA

8.1 SOCIAL PLUGINS FOR FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, LINKEDIN

On our website, social buttons are used by social networks. The integration of these HTML links ensures that when you visit a page on our website that contains such buttons, no connection is established with the servers of the provider of the respective social network. If you click on one of the buttons, a new window will open, where the content from the respective service provider is integrated and where you can then use the Like or Share button.

These can e.g. be used to place ads inside and outside the platforms that are more likely in line with your personal interests. Usually cookies are used for this purpose.     * compliance with a legal obligation;

    * for respect of important societal interests, or

    * to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

 * according to art. 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand limitation of the processing of your personal data, unless the accuracy of the data is disputed by you;

    * the processing itself is illegal, but you refuse to delete it;

    * we no longer need the personal data for processing, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or

    * you have appealed against the treatment under art. 21 of the GDPR;  

 * according to art. 20 of the GDPR, to receive your personal information provided to us in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or to request a transfer to another responsible person;

 * according to art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to complain to the regulator authority. Usually, you can contact the authority at your place of residence, your place of work or the headquarters of our company.

Right to object

If we process personal data as explained above and in order to protect our predominantly legitimate interests in the context of balancing interests, you may object to this data processing for future use. If the processing takes place for other purposes, you have the right to object to the processing for reasons relating to the person's special situation.
