Hoptimist was created in the 1960s by Gustav Ehrenreich and they have been given a safe place in Danish design history.
Hoptimist produce great gifts and they always spread joy. The product was launched in 2009 and the design has been further developed in the Ehrenreich spirit when it comes to the classic and the newer characters.

More about Gustav Ehrenreich
Gustav was a Danish wood turner and he worked in his small workshop in the 1950s. He was highly creative with a great imagination and he created many incredible things in wood from all over the world.
In the 1960s he created the first prototypes for Birdie, Bimble and Bumble, and Hoptimist quickly became so well known that it was no longer possible to produce the products in the workshop.
Gustav Ehrenreich later became famous in various international exhibitions for his crafts.
