Kids-world is a leading online retailer in Denmark for children's apparel, shoes, toys, and interior design. The company was established in 2006 and currently has over 130 employees.
In 2023, we received the "E-retailer of the Year - Kids & Family" award.
In 2023, we participated in "SuperDysten", where we with your help, collected DKK 760.292 for the CoolUnite Foundation.
Additionally, in 2018 we received both the "User's Favorite E-commerce Award" and "Best Children's Store of the Year" from Børn i byen.

Our mission
To create an amazing shopping universe with everything for babies, kids and teenagers, where the customers can sense that there are real people behind the screens.
We want to offer our customers the best shopping experience, where they can sense that they shop from people, and not just an online shop. To have a good relationship with our customers is therefore a necessity to us, not only as a business, but also as human beings.
Therefore, our highest priority will always be to provide excellent service to our customers, that is both personal, positive and solution-oriented at the same time.
On a daily basis, we strive, among other things to:
- Inspire the customers by always being first movers with the latest collections.
- Be attentive, and be inspired by what our customers suggest and think. Thus, we are always up to date on latest trends and can offer the most attractive brands from Denmark as well as internationally.
- Transfer our great product knowledge to the customers, whether that happens during a dialogue with our customer service, when reading a product description, or using our size guides, etc.

Kids-world was founded in Esbjerg
In 2006, Annette Lykke Nielsen and Jesper Klit Johansen established Kids-world in Esbjerg. They noticed the lack of a modern and comprehensive online store for kids' clothing with outstanding customer service, so they decided to create one themselves. Their vision has always been to become the go-to shopping destination for families with children looking for clothing, shoes, toys, furniture, and other essentials.
