Club Terms and Conditions
These membership terms are effective from October 1, 2026, and replace any previous versions.
Who is behind Club Kids-world?
We want you to feel completely secure with your membership. Therefore, we have made our terms as transparent as possible so you always know exactly what you are agreeing to and how we look after your interests.

Below you can read the applicable terms and conditions for your membership.
1. Registration and Membership Requirements
- Price: Membership in Club Kids-world is 100% free and non-binding.
- Age requirement: To create a profile and be a member, you must be at least 16 years old.
- Geography: The customer club is not limited to a specific country, and you can become a member regardless of your place of residence.
- Profile: Membership and benefits are personal and linked to your email address. Only one membership account can be created per email address.
2. Membership Benefits
As a member of Club Kids-world, you get access to a range of benefits when you are logged into our webshop:
- Special member prices on selected items.
- Exclusive discounts and campaigns.
- Access to exciting competitions.
- Personalized inspiration tailored to you.
Please note: Club Kids-world does not include a points system, and the benefits are strictly isolated for use on Kids-world's own official webshops. The customer club is purely web-based.
3. Communication and Marketing
When you join Club Kids-world, you consent to Kids-world sending you direct marketing via email. This includes news, current offers, inspiration, guides, and competitions within our product range.
You can change your preferences or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via your profile page under "My Kids-world".
4. Processing of Personal Data & "My Children"
We take good care of your data. To run the customer club, deliver your membership benefits, and give you the best experience, we process your profile information, your purchases, and your behavior on our webshops.
- "My Children" function: As a member, you have the option to voluntarily add information about your children (name, birthday, and gender) under your profile.
- Purpose: We use this information to target and adapt the inspiration for you and to personalize your experience on our webshops, so that the content and display better match the preferences you have indicated.

5. Cancellation, Inactivity, and Changes
- Cancellation: You can cancel your membership of Club Kids-world at any time without notice. This is easily done by logging in and pressing the "Unsubscribe from Club Kids-world" button under your profile. Upon cancellation, you lose access to your membership benefits.
- Inactivity (GDPR procedure): To ensure that we do not store unnecessary data, we run a fixed monthly GDPR procedure. If your profile has been completely inactive for 5 years, your customer data will automatically and permanently be anonymized in our systems.
- Changes to terms: Kids-world reserves the right to change these terms with 1 month's notice via email. Changes may occur due to legislation or regulatory orders, technological updates to our systems, business adjustments to the club's structure, or market changes in consumer preferences. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you can unsubscribe before they take effect. Minor, non-substantial adjustments can be implemented without prior notice.
6. Rights and Misuse
- Intellectual property rights: All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design distributed via Club Kids-world, belongs to Kids-world and is protected by copyright law. It must not be copied or misused.
- Exclusion in case of misuse: Kids-world reserves the right to close your membership account immediately and without notice in the event of misuse. This applies, among other things, to suspicion of fraud, false profile information, or the use of membership benefits for commercial purposes or resale.
7. Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction
- Limitation of liability: Kids-world aims to ensure that membership benefits and the webshop are always available. However, we cannot guarantee against technical errors, system outages, or temporary interruptions and disclaim liability for any losses that may arise as a result. We also reserve the right for printing errors and sold-out items.
- Governing law and jurisdiction: Your membership of Club Kids-world is subject to Danish law, and any legal disputes must be settled at your local Danish court.
8. Right of Withdrawal
When you sign up for Club Kids-world, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is entered into. Since the membership is free, the withdrawal has no financial consequences for you.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can easily and quickly do so by using the digital withdrawal button located at the bottom (footer) of our webshop, or by contacting our customer service. Exercising the right of withdrawal has the same effect as a standard cancellation.
9. Data Security – Beware of Fake Emails
Your peace of mind is crucial to us. When we communicate with you about your membership or send you Club Kids-world offers, it always comes from official email addresses ending in @kids-world.com or @kids-world.dk.
Please note that Kids-world will never ask you to provide personal passwords, account details, or payment card information via email or SMS. If you receive an inquiry that you are in doubt about, we ask you to contact our customer service directly before taking any further action.
