Delivery

What delivery methods can I choose?

We offer several different delivery methods, so you can freely choose the one that suits you best. See the overview of delivery methods and prices here.

What is your delivery time and what are the delivery costs?

We always do our best to deliver your package quickly and efficiently.

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse and depends on the chosen distributor and delivery method.

How do I track my order?

When your order is packed and ready to be shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation via email, in which you will find a tracking link.

This link takes you directly to the distributor's website with information about your delivery.

Why is the delivery of my order taking longer than expected?

Delays can be caused by factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delivery issues, peak seasons, or customs processing.

I can't complete my order. What is the reason?

It is not very common for our customers to experience challenges placing an order. However, if that is the case, we hope that you will contact our customer service via phone or email:

Can I cancel my order?

As long as we have not started packing your order at our warehouse, you can still cancel your order. However, don't wait too long, as we pack 95% of our orders the same day they are placed.

If the phone lines are still open, we recommend that you call us immediately. Otherwise, please send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have received the wrong item, size, or something is missing. What should I do?

First and foremost, we apologize if you have received the wrong item/size.

To make the process easier, please contact our customer service by phone or email, describing what—according to your order—has not been delivered correctly.

Why can the price vary for different sizes?

For some products, the price may vary depending on the size. This is typically due to differences in material and production costs, which affect the final price. Unfortunately, we cannot equalize the price between different sizes if there are differences.

Is it safe to shop online with you?

To ensure that your shopping experience is safe and simple, Kids-world uses an encryption solution called "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. If you check the URL at the top of your browser during the payment process, you will see that it starts with "https://" instead of the usual "http://". If you are using a mobile device, you may also see "https://" and possibly a lock icon, depending on the device you are using. This indicates that you are in a secure mode. We also do not store any payment information in our databases to ensure the security of your data.


Returns

Why don’t you offer free returns?

At Kids-world, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary, but unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. We have chosen this solution because we want to take responsibility for the environment together with you. Free returns can easily lead to more unnecessary shipments, and we want to avoid this as it burdens the environment and increases CO2 emissions.

By charging a small fee for returns, we hope to encourage more conscious purchasing decisions, which together can make a difference. At the same time, we can keep our prices competitive and ensure that you receive the best service every time you shop with us.

What are my options if i want to cancle my purchase?

We offer a 30-day cancellation period if the item is returned in its original condition. Send back the item - more information can be found here. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned items.

I forgot to register my return. What should I do?

If you forgot to register your return, please contact our customer service, and they will help you with the registration.

What does the cancellation right mean?

Cancellation right: All customers have a 14 day cancellation right when shopping online in Denmark and the EU. However, at Kids-world, we offer a 30 days cancellation right.

To exercise your cancellation right, you simply need to notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Complaint

An Item I Bought Is Broken?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please take photos of the entire product and the issue at hand and email them to customerservice@kids-world.com along with a description and your order ID. This will allow us to assess the problem and provide further instructions via email.If necessary, we will cover reasonable shipping costs for returning the item as well.

We cover reasonable shipping costs, so please contact us at customerservice@kids-world.com before returning goods so that we can correct the problem. We will send you a return label by mail in case we want the defective item returned.

What should I do if something is missing from my package?

If you find that an item is missing from your package, please contact our customer service via email: customerservice@kids-world.com.

To ensure a quick and efficient process, please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The 5-digit item number (e.g., AB123) of the missing item(s)

What should I do if I have received a defective item?

If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service, and they will assist you further. Please have your order number and the 5-digit item number (e.g., AB123) ready, as it will help expedite the process.

How do I reorder an item after the complaint has been approved?

We always recommend that you place an order for the item/size you want right away, as otherwise you risk that the item may be out of stock before your refund is completed.

If the price has changed since you placed your original order, we will, of course, adjust the price after you have informed us about it.


Discount Codes

How do I use my discount code?

To use your discount code, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the shopping cart.
  2. Enter and redeem the discount code in the gift card/discount code field.
  3. Your savings will be displayed under each product in your cart that the discount code applies to. Note: The discount provided by the code can only be seen in the shopping cart, not on the product pages or in the categories.

Note: It is not possible to combine multiple discount codes or gift cards on the same order.

Why can’t I combine discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be combined as each code has specific terms and limitations to ensure fair use.

Why can’t I apply the discount code to my order?

If you are having trouble applying your discount code, please contact our customer service, and they will assist you further.

Does using a discount code affect my right of return?

No, it does not.

Note: If you have received a bulk discount and then decide to return part of the order, and you no longer meet the conditions for the bulk discount, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount. If this is the case, it will affect the amount you are refunded.

I am not sure about the size of a product?

For most basic products, we have compiled and collected size guides, which can be seen on our Size Guide Page. If you do not find the product in the size guide, you are welcome to send an email to customerservice@kids-world.com.

I want to buy a product, but I cannot find the size I want?

If a size is not displayed on a product, the size is currently sold out. A large part of our basic goods are always in stock at our warehouse, so please feel free to contact us by mail: customerservice@kids-world.com if you have a question on a sold out product.
