Sleep training watch from Rockit
Fine Rockit sleep training watch, which depicts a star.
The Rockit sleep training clock uses colours to show when kid should be sleeping, when it's almost time to get up, and when kid should no longer be in bed. The star is on a ribbon, and for every night kid has stayed in bed, you can move the star one notch further up the ribbon. If kid hasn't gotten up at night all week, celebrate with a colours fireworks display and put one of the included stars on a downloadable card. This way, kid can track their successful nights and be encouraged to continue their good sleep habits.
The red night light has a calming effect, making it easier for the kid to fall back asleep. You can set how long the three periods (awake, quiet time, sleep) should last.
You can also use the star as a cozy night lamp.
The sleep training watch is charged with the included USB cable, and the sleep training watch can be taken anywhere.
