Returns - Return products to Kids-world

As a consumer, you have a 30 days right of cancellation once you receive the items from us.

How to return:

Method 1.
Arrange your own shipping

(with home delivery – we cannot collect packages sent without home delivery)
  1. Fill in the quantity of items to the right on the "Delivery note & return form" included with your order. If you no longer have the form, you can print our standard cancellation form here.
  2. Pack the items securely and enclose the completed "Delivery note & return form". Please reuse our original packaging or pack the items in a new bag/box.
  3. Purchase a shipping label*** with home delivery to the following address:

  4. Attach the return label visibly to the package**. Remove or cover the old shipping label.
  5. Submit the package at the drop-off point and keep the receipt until you have received your refund.


Notes:

* Our return labels can only be used for one shipment and are only valid for returns within the country where purchased (e.g., only Denmark if purchased in Denmark). Return labels are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

** DO NOT attach the return label or the "Delivery note & return form" directly to the product’s original packaging (such as the shoebox, the product’s branded cardboard box, or the plastic wrapping).

*** If you do not use one of our return labels, you are responsible for ensuring the products are returned to us. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments, and we cannot collect packages sent without home delivery.

PS: If you have products from different orders, you may return them in one shipment – however, you must enclose a completed return form for each order.

Get your money back

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a notification per email stating we have received your returned goods and handled your request to return.

As you are held responsible for the return shipment, we recommend that you get a receipt when handing it in.

Do you wish to exchange an item to another one?

If you want to exchange an item to another one, you have to return it to us. When your returned items have been received and handled, you will be credited for the goods, and immediately you can place an order on the product you want instead.

This procedure always applies when you want to exchange a product with another one - even when you want the same product only in another size.

Do you want to return a gift?

In case that you have received a gift purchased from us that you wish to return, simply:

  1. Fill out our return form.
  2. Please add the person who purchased the gift's phone number/address so we can find the order in our system.
  3. Indicate the order ID (if you know this).
  4. Send it to our address according to the instructions above.

Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item

A 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchasing Act's rules for purchases of goods. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Any damage caused by the customer is not covered by the complaint.

A complaint concerning errors and omissions must be notified to Kids-world in a timely manner after you discover the error. Here, two months are considered reasonable.

How do I proceed?
As a start, send us an email with a description of the problem/error and attach at least 2 pictures - one of the error and one of the whole product. Then we can assess the problem as well as the general condition of the product.

Contact us at customerservice@kids-world.com BEFORE returning goods in order for us to correct the problem. If we want a defective item returned, we will send you a return label by email.

We refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified.

Status on the complaint
If you have submitted an item for withdrawal or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. The email will give you information about the further process of processing your withdrawal/complaint.
