Note that you only need to use this return label if you are a customer of ours and want to return a Kids-world order.
Important:If you are returning goods from Germany, it may take 1-3 weeks to process your return. This is because the return is sent to DHL's distribution center in Neumünster and from there to us in Denmark. If your shipment tracking shows that the shipment has arrived in Neumünster, it may still take 1-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
You have two options for ordering/receiving a return label:
1. Purchase a return label when ordering
If you order a return label with others items, we will include a physical label with the shipment. This can simply be stuck on the package when returning and delivered to a DHL reception point, and it will reach us in the shortest possible time.
2. Order a single return label
(sent within 5-10 minutes)
If you purchase a single return label, you will receive it via e as a PDF within 5-10 minutes. You can now print it out yourself at home, stick it on the package and then drop off the return at a DHL reception point.
NOTE: When returning a product, we always recommend that you issue a receipt.

General conditions:
- The return label can only be used for one return.
- The return label does not apply to furniture returns, as these are palletized items. The weight of 1 kg on the return label is not valid, and we simply ask you not to do so.
- Please pack the goods securely when returning, and do NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging.
- If you buy a return label, it is not tied to a specific order. For example, you can keep the return label for a later return, or you can use it to return multiple orders at the same time - it's really easy and hassle-free!
