Returns - Return products to Kids-world
As a consumer, you have a 30 days right of cancellation once you receive the items from us.
Please note that you can only register returns through the return portal and we do not offer a return label from your country to our address, therefore you will need to arrange and cover any shipping costs associated with your return yourself.
You can combine products from different orders in one return shipment. If you wish to do so, please repeat steps 1-6 to register both returns and make sure to include a filled-in return form for each order.
Note: You must send the returned items within 14 days of you informing us.
How to register and return items:
Step 1: Go to the return portal

Step 2: Input your Order- or ticket number, and your E-mail and click on "Find order"
Step 3: Select the items you want/wish to return and the reason for returning them and click on "Continue"
Step 4: Select how you want/wish to get your refund
Step 5: Select how you want/wish to return your items and click on "Confirm"
Step 6: After completing the return portal, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been registered
Step 7: Purchase a return shipping label, attach it to your package, and send it to our address*

Note: When you submit the return shipment to the distributor, you will receive a return receipt, which you must keep until you have received your refund.
* We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) packages, and we are not able to pick up packages sent without delivery. Please reuse our original packaging or pack the items in a new bag/box. All items must be returned in mint condition and original package. Stickers and tags must remain on the products. The products must not show signs of usage, be stained or smell incorrectly. DO NOT attach either the return label or the delivery note/return note directly to the original packaging of the product (the shoebox, the cardboard box belonging to the product, the plastic the product was wrapped in, etc.). You are responsible for returning the products to us. |

Get your money back
Once we have processed your return, you will receive a notification per email stating we have received your returned goods and handled your request to return.
As you are held responsible for the return shipment, we recommend that you get a receipt when handing it in.
Do you wish to exchange an item to another one?
If you want to exchange an item to another one, you have to return it to us. When your returned items have been received and handled, you will be credited for the goods, and immediately you can place an order on the product you want instead.
This procedure always applies when you want to exchange a product with another one - even when you want the same product only in another size.
Do you want to return a gift?
In case that you have received a gift purchased from us that you wish to return, simply follow our normal return process by using our return portal.
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item
A 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchasing Act's rules for purchases of goods. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Any damage caused by the customer is not covered by the complaint.
A complaint concerning errors and omissions must be notified to Kids-world in a timely manner after you discover the error. Here, two months are considered reasonable.
How do I proceed?
As a start, send us an email with a description of the problem/error and attach at least 2 pictures - one of the error and one of the whole product. Then we can assess the problem as well as the general condition of the product.
Contact us at customerservice@kids-world.com BEFORE returning goods in order for us to correct the problem. If we want a defective item returned, we will send you a return label by email.
We refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified.
Status on the complaint
If you have submitted an item for withdrawal or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. The email will give you information about the further process of processing your withdrawal/complaint.
