Bisgaard beginner shoes are closed with Velcro straps over the instep, so they can be easily and quickly adjusted to the kid's feet. Inside there is warm lambswool and removable insoles. The beginner shoes have a wide toe box, so there is room for the toes to move freely. The outsoles go up over the toe and heel, so the shoes are well protected against wear.
The beginner shoes are a barefoot model, which means they have soft and flexible outsoles without heel drop, which promotes a natural gait and improves balance and ankle stability. The soft outsoles give the kid good contact with the ground and under the bottom there is a tread pattern that ensures good footing.
