Beautiful Phelps swimsuit in black with neon yellow piping, grey melange details, and the sides of the suit are neon neon yellow with black mesh over it.
The Phelps swimsuit has wide shoulder straps that meet in the middle of the back. The Swimsuit has a sewn-in, quilted BRA with an elastic edge at the bottom, which lifts and provides good support. The swimsuit has a deep neckline on the back, and there are high cutouts in the leg openings.
The Swimwear is particularly chlorine-resistant and provides good UV protection.
