The recliner's various functions are controlled by buttons at the bottom of the recliner's base. The base has a wide support point so that the recliner always stands securely.
The seat of the highchair itself is soft and comfortable with a removable cover that can be washed at 30 degrees in the washing machine. A "Newborn" insert is included that can be removed when baby is large enough, and it is possible to purchase a Babymoov Lovenest cushion that provides extra head support.
The recliner needs to be plugged into a power source (mini-USB adapter included), but it can also be used with 4 x D batteries (not included).
