The colour pencils have an environmentally friendly, water-based varnish and are protect the pencils from cracking. The wood is from sustainable trees. The colour pencils come in a smart container shaped like a rocket, where you can take the top off to get to the pencils. At the bottom there is a support feeder so that it can stand on its own, which can be removed to reveal the included pencil sharpener.
