The thermal suite has elastic ribbed edges in the neck opening, around the ankles, and at the wrists with a hole for the thumbs, so that the sleeves do not creep up. On the front, the suit has a zipper from the collar down to the crotch and has pockets on each side that are ready to put your hands into.

The suit acts as an insulating layer and is also breathable, so the child does not get too hot. The material is lightweight and therefore allows high freedom of movement for the active child.
