The Nsleep weighted duvet contains pearl sand from the sea, and the outer fabric is made of soft Tencel. The weighted duvet calms the kid's nervous system and provides a calmer and deeper night's sleep. The pressure stimulation can help secrete seratonin and melatonin and lower cortisol levels, so that anxiety and stress are reduced.
Note: We recommend that the weighted duvet should not weigh more than 7-10% of the kid's own body weight.
