Beautiful Freds World dress in red with a nice all over flower print in white and blue.
The Freds World dress has short sleeves and a round throat, which is opens using push buttons on the left shoulder. Both throat and arm openings have narrow ribbed edges. The Dress is in a stretchy cotton quality and has a good width. Around the waist, it has a narrow seam, which creates nice folds in the skirt.
