Note that you only need to use this DHL QR code if you are a customer of ours and want to return a Kids-world order.
Important:If you are returning goods from Germany, it may take 1-3 weeks to process your return. This is because the return is sent to DHL's distribution center in Neumünster and from there to us in Denmark. If your shipment tracking shows that the shipment has arrived in Neumünster, it may still take 1-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Easy and cheap returns with a QR code from DHL
Send your returned goods cheaply and insured back to Kids-world with Track & Trace all the way, so you can always track your return shipment.
The QR code from DHL for returning goods will be sent to you by email within 5-10 minutes as soon as your order has been packed. If your order only contains the QR code, it will be sent to you by email immediately after you have purchased it.
A QR code from DHL is ideal if you don't have the option to print a return label yourself. With a QR code from DHL for returning goods, you can have a return label printed at a DHL drop-off location when you drop off your return item.
How to use the DHL QR code
When you want to use your DHL QR code, you bring your return shipment to a DHL drop-off location. Here, you show the email with the QR code (e.g. on your smartphone) to an employee, who will then scan your QR code, after which a return label will be printed for you. You place the return label securely on the bag/box so that it is clear and legible. You then hand in your return shipment at the DHL drop-off location.
Returns from multiple orders
When you purchase a QR code for returning goods, it is not tied to one order. You can easily save your QR code for later use or return multiple orders on the same label - super easy and hassle-free!
We recommend that you always ensure that you get a receipt when submitting your order.
NOTE: Please pack the goods securely when returning, and do NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging.
General conditions for return shipping using QR code:
- The return label can only be used for one shipment.
- The return label is valid for 30 days.
- The return label does not apply to the return of furniture, as this is palletized goods.
- This return service only applies to orders that are returned within the borders of Denmark (i.e. does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
