Easy and cheap returns with a QR code from GLS
Send your returned goods cheaply and insured back to Kids-world with Track & Trace all the way, so you can always track your return shipment.
The QR code from GLS for returning goods will be sent to you by email within 5-10 minutes as soon as your order has been packed. If your order only contains the QR code, it will be sent by email immediately after you have purchased it.
NOTE: If you purchase the QR code at the same time as others items, you will only receive the QR code by email once your entire order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse.
A QR code from GLS is ideal if you do not have the opportunity to print a return label yourself. With a QR code from GLS for returning goods, you can have a return label printed at a GLS drop-off point when you also drop off your return item.
How to use the QR code from GLS
When you want to use your GLS QR code, you bring your return shipment to a GLS drop-off point. Here, you show the email with the QR code (e.g. on your smartphone) to an employee, who will then scan your QR code, after which a return label will be printed for you. You place the return label securely on the bag/box so that it is clear and legible. You then drop off your return shipment at the GLS drop-off point.
Returns from multiple orders
When you purchase a QR code for returning goods, it is not tied to one order. You can easily save your QR code for later use or return multiple orders on the same label - super easy and hassle-free!
We recommend that you always ensure that you get a receipt when submitting your order.
NOTE: Please pack the goods securely when returning, and do NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging.
General conditions for return shipping using QR code:
- The return label can only be used for one shipment.
- The return label is valid for 3 months.
- The return label does not apply to the return of furniture, as this is palletized goods.
- This return service only applies to orders that are returned within the borders of Denmark (i.e. does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
