Note that you only need to use this return label if you are a customer of ours and want to return a Kids-world order.
Important: If you are returning from Germany, processing the return can take 1-3 weeks. This is because the return is sent to the DHL distribution center in Neumünster and from there on to us in Denmark. If your shipment tracking shows that the shipment has arrived in Neumünster, it may still take 1-3 weeks until we have received and processed your return.

The QR code from DHL for returning goods is sent to you per email within 5-10 minutes after your order has been packed. If your order only contains the QR code, this will be sent per email immediately after you have purchased it.
A QR code from DHL is ideal if you do not have the opportunity to print a return label yourself. With a QR code from DHL for returning goods, you can have a return label printed at a DHL delivery point when you hand in your return item at the same time.
How to use the QR code from DHL
Bring your return to a DHL parcel shop where they will scan your QR code (e.g. on your smartphone), and a return label will be printet for you. Attatch the return label securely to the bag/box so that it is clear and legible. Afterwards, you hand in your return shipment at the DHL drop-off location.
Returns from multiple orders
When you purchase a QR code for returning goods, it is not linked to one order. You can easily save your QR code for later use or send several orders back on the same label - super easy and hassle-free!
We recommend that you always ensure that you get a receipt when submitting.
ATTENTION! Please pack the goods securely when you return, and you must NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging.
General conditions for our return label:
- The return label can only be used for one shipment.
- The return label is valid for 30 days.
- The return label cannot be used for furniture, as these are pallet goods.
- The return label is only valid for items that are send within the borders of Denmark (ie does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
