Easy and cheap returns with DAO!
Send your returned goods cheaply and insured back to Kids-world with Track & Trace all the way, so you can always track your return shipment.
There are two ways you can order/receive your return label :
1. Order a return label with your order
When you order the return label together with others items, we include a physical sticker that you simply stick on your wrapped shipment, and then you drop off the shipment at a DAO drop-off location.
2. Order a return label as the only thing
(sent within 5-10 minutes)
When you order the return label as the only item, the return label will be sent as a PDF to your email within 5-10 minutes. Important: If you purchase the return label at the same time as others items, you will only receive the return label by email when your entire order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Make sure there are no comments on your order. Then print your return label at home, Fast it to your pack and drop it off at a DAO drop-off location.
NOTE: We recommend that you always ensure that you get a receipt when submitting your order.

General conditions:
- The return label can only be used for one shipment.
- The return label is valid for 3 months.
- The return label does not apply to the return of furniture, as this is palletized goods.
- This return service only applies to orders that are returned within the borders of Denmark (i.e. does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
- Please disregard the 1 kg weight limit on the label. This does not apply.
- Please pack the goods securely when returning, and do NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging.
- When you purchase a return label, it is not tied to one order. You can easily save your return label for later use or return multiple orders on the same label - super easy and hassle-free!
