Nuk pacifiers have a nipple made of BPA-free silicone. There are two holes in the pacifier shield (round/star) so that a vacuum is not formed against the kid's skin.

The Pacifiers come in a practical storage container, which can be used to sterilize the pacifiers in the microwave before first use. It is recommended that the pacifier be changed after 1-2 mths.
