The Splash About changing pad is super practical to have in the swimming pool or by the pool, as it protects the little child from a cold floor and it doesn't feel cool to the touch. The underside of the changing mat is made of a non-slip material, and neoprene has an antibacterial property that protects the little child when it is close to dirt and grime. The changing pad dries quickly and is easy to wipe over with a cloth. The changing pad can be rolled up and held in place with two elasticband, so it is easy to carry in bag.
