Cost:Bart duvet vest has a wide ribbed edge in the neck opening, and it can be opens at the front with a continuous zipper with chin guard and internal wind pole. In front, there are two large flap pockets, both of which are opens with a push-botton, and there is an additional pocket on the left chest which is opens with a zipper. The quilted vest is lightly quilted and in a smooth-woven quality.
