The New dress has wide shoulder straps and a straight neckline. It has fine ruffles that starts at the waist and run up over the shoulders and down the back. It can be opens on the left side with a little zipper that provides a tight fit. The Dress has a seam at the waist which gives the skirt a good width and fine pleats. The Dress has two layers, the outer one in a fine tulle and the inner one in a soft cotton quality.
