The New dress is completely sleeveless, with narrow, adjustable shoulder straps. Under the neck opening there are fine folds, and at the neck there is a narrow elastic edge. The Dress is long and at the bottom there is a narrow seam, which gives the skirt extra width and pleats. Inside there is a tightly woven cotton lining.
