The Stella McCartney Kids tulle dress has full short sleeves with sweet tulle sleeves. It has a square neckline with a narrow elastic edge so it can be pulled down over the shoulders. On the upper set there is a nice smock with a decorative heart in front. The skirt has plenty of width, and it consists of two layers of tulle and a layer of tightly woven cotton on the inside.
