Scoot and Ride Highway Kick 1 is ideal as a kid's first vehicle, which can be used as both a balance bike and a scooter. Highway Kick can be easily converted from balance bike to scooter and vice versa, without tool. Both the balance bike and the scooter can be easily adjusted in both seat height and handlebar height. Highwat Kick has a brake on the rear wheel, which the kid can use himself and a brake between the two front wheels, which the parents can use.
