The Petit Piao dress has long sleeves with a slight puff effect at the shoulders. Below the waist there is a narrow seam, which forms a skirt with pleats and good width. The Dress can be opens on the left side of the neck over a fine drop opening, and it is made in a soft and stretchy cotton quality.
