The Hust and Claire tulle skirt has a wide elastic edge at the waist, and underneath the skirt falls with plenty of width. The skirt consists of two layers of tulle, where the inner one has a ruffle edge at the bottom, which creates extra fullness, and inside there is a layer in a tightly woven cotton quality.
