The Faber-Castell cup is foldable so that it does not fill when not in use. The Cup is perfect with watercolour, as you can fill the cup with water and the wavy edges at the top allow you to safely put a brush without it slipping off. The Cup can also be used folded together, as a narrow edge forms in the sides, where you can brush off the dirty water and dip the brush in the clean water in the middle. The Cup is robust and easy to clean.
