Note that you only need to use this return label if you are a customer of ours and want to return a Kids-world order.
Important: It can take up to 7 working days from the time the item has been returned and until we have processed your return case.
Ship your return items cheap and securely to Kids-world by purchasing this return label that contains distribution to our address, Track & Trace to trace your shipment, and package insurance.
There are two ways in which you can receive your return label:
- Order the return label with other products
- When you order the return label together with other products, we will print it as a sticker and send it with your order. Then you can easily attach the sticker to your package and hand it in at the closest DPD post office.
- When you order the return label together with other products, we will print it as a sticker and send it with your order. Then you can easily attach the sticker to your package and hand it in at the closest DPD post office.
- Order the return label as the only product
- When you order the return label as the only product, the label will be sent as an PDF to your email within 5-10 minutes. Make sure that no comments are added to the order. Next, you can easily print it at home and attach the label to your package and hand it in at the closest DPD post office.
Note! Please pack the item securely when returning and do not place the return label directly on the original packaging.
The return label is not limited to a specific order. Once printed, you can decide to keep it for later use, or send items from different orders using the same return label. Really simple!
General conditions:
- The return label can only be used for one shipment.
- The return label is valid for 3 months from the order date.
- The return label cannot be used for furniture, as these are pallet goods.
- This return service only applies to orders sent back from the borders of the Netherlands.
- Please disregard the 1 kg weight limit on the return label.
