- Black with white stars and the word "Royal" on the front. The sleeves are white with black stars.
- White with black stars, and the sleeves are black with white stars. On the front it says "DG" in black letters and a black crown above, and on the back it says "Star" in black letters and a black crown above.
The Dolce & Gabbana bodysuits have short sleeves and narrow edges at the throat and the leg openings. They open at the left shoulder with two hidden push buttons and between the legs there are three push buttons.
