Easy and cheap return with a print-free return code from DAO
Send your returned goods cheaply and insured back to Kids-world with Track & Trace all the way, so you can always track your return shipment.
The return code from DAO for returning goods will be sent to you by email within 5-10 minutes as soon as your order has been packed. If your order only contains the return code, this will be sent by email immediately after you have purchased it.
NOTE: If you purchase the DAO code at the same time as others items, you will only receive the DAO code by email once your entire order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse.
A return code from DAO is ideal if you don't have the option to print a return label yourself.
How to use the return code from DAO
When you want to use your DAO return code, you must make sure to pack the item(s) and the delivery note securely in either cardboard or paper, as there is otherwise a risk that the code will be smeared during shipping. The nine-digit return code is written in a visible place on the package so that DAO can identify the shipment upon receipt.
You then bring and deliver your return shipment to a DAO drop-off location.
Returns from multiple orders
When you purchase a return code for returning items from Kids-world, it is not linked to one order. You can easily save your return code for later use or send multiple orders back with the same return code - super easy and hassle-free!
We recommend that you always ensure that you get a receipt when submitting your order.
General conditions for our returns with return codes:
- The item(s) must be securely packaged in cardboard or paper, otherwise there is a risk that the code will be smeared during shipping.
- The return code can only be used for one shipment.
- The return code is valid for 3 months.
- The return code does not apply to returns of furniture, as this is palletized goods.
- This return service only applies to orders that are returned within the borders of Denmark (i.e. does not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
