Fun LEGO® Super Mario set with a total of 280 blocks, which can be assembled into an interactive LEGO® track with Nintendo's Luigi from Super Mario Bros The Set is a starting track in the LEGO® Super Mario series and is called "Fairy tale with Luigi".
With the LEGO® Super Mario set, the popular courses from the Super Mario games move out into the real world, where they are built from LEGO® blocks. Once the course is built, the Luigi figure must fight his way from starting pipe to goal post by defeating enemies, overcoming obstacles and jumping on the classic?-block to collect coins.
In this set, you have to jump on LEGO® globes, complete flip and fly challenges and interact with the? block as well as Boom Boom, bone goomba and the cute Pink Yoshi.
The Luigi figure itself has color sensors in it so it can recognize the action bricks in the set, which trigger different reactions. There are LCD screens in Luigi's eyes, mouth and stomach, and these show the many different reactions that come instantly. A speaker is also included, which plays iconic sounds and music from the Nintendo games.
The LEGO® Super Mario set can be put together with many different expansion sets, so that the track becomes bigger, more fun and more challenging. The Luigi figure can also be styled by purchasing power packs, which also trigger bonuses on the field.
