The Ergobag school backpack has a completely Fast base and back, which provides ergonomic support. The back can also be adjusted according to the kid's height, so the bag fits perfectly, while the school backpack grows with the kid and can be used for many years. There are padded shoulder straps that can be adjusted in length, and they can also be adjusted in relation to how high up on the back of the bag they should sit.
